The photos to the left are of a cellar designed for a San Francisco area home. Three separate rooms hold 4,500 bottles and include a tasting room to entertain. |
The "wall of wine" below was built in Deer Valley, Utah and designed to not sacrifice a full room. It is a fully enclosed temp controlled spaceholding 575 bottles. The distressed pine paneled walls match the homes interior.. |
The photo below is a 1,000 bottle cellar in San Francisco installed inside a former pantry. 6" deep custom shelf units were constructed just inside the doorway to hold Champagne bottles upright and make use of what would have been wasted space. |
This 1,000+ bottle cellar in Park City, Utah was designed and installed into a former sauna. The sauna equipment was removed and a split system cooling unit added above the doorway. The all heart redwood matched well to the original redwood walls. |
Below is a 1,000+ bottle cellar in Los Angeles. Maximum capacity was achieved by designing 8 foot tall racks and space for magnums within its narrow confines. |
The photos below show a Los Angeles cellar installed in a basement that was previously unusable for anything other than rough storage. The walls, ceiling & floor were sealed and finished for the 1500+ bottle custom racking and cooling unit. For a small space, any possible feeling of claustrophobia was avoided by maximizing storage space with double deep racking on the lower portion only, allowing for more “personal” space above the tabletop with single deep racking. |

Another tight basement that was designed to hold 1,000+ bottlles and keep a showcase feel with the display rows and table top. |
Below is a 9,000 bottle underground cellar in South Carolina. The bins were very specifically sized per the client's request, as was the movable rack that acts as a hidden door. The wine itself is separated by sealed glass from the dining room & kitchen. |
Looking past the tabletop. All drawers designed to fit (12) 750ml bottles and open with full extensions. |
